These are lab-grown specimens, but don't let that deter you. It takes a lot of skill, knowledge, and practice to grow crystals in a lab.
To grow Arcanite in a lab, technicians start by preparing a solution containing potassium salts and sulfate ions. The solution is then placed in a controlled environment where the water gradually evaporates, allowing the potassium sulfate to crystallize. Maintaining moderate temperature and moisture levels is key for slow and steady crystal growth. Once the crystals form, they can be carefully harvested, cleaned, and dried. The process mimics natural evaporative conditions found in salt deposits.
Arcanite is a potassium sulfate mineral. It was first described in 1845 for an occurrence in old pine railroad ties in the Santa Ana tin mine, Trabuco Canyon. It has recently been used in name by the video game "World of Warcraft" as a crafting reagent. Now you too can create your own "Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker".
All minerals and stones vary in size and shape. You will receive a high quality specimen of the selected item but not the exact one pictured. All minerals, gems, stones and fossils are guaranteed to be top quality; sourced from ethical vendors around the world.
