Neferneferuaten Nefertiti, more commonly known as Nefertiti, was an Egyptian queen and later a pharaoh in her own right. She was the wife of Pharaoh Amenhotep IV, also known as Akhenaten. Her full name means "Aten's beauty has come".
Nefertiti is remembered as one of the most powerful and influential women in ancient Egypt, often depicted as an equal to her husband in status and authority.
