The baculum (also known as a penis bone) is a bone found in the penis of many placental mammals. It is absent in the human penis, but present in the penises of other primates, such as the gorilla and chimpanzee.

A bit about Raccoons:

Raccoons (also known as "trash pandas") are smaller relatives of bears. They are native to South and North America, but can also be found in Asia and Europe. Raccoons are easily adaptable to various environments and can live just as happily in a hollow tree as they can in an abandoned car. Their hands resemble those of humans—they have five fingers and use them to collect food, open shells, doors, or trash cans.

Raccoons often place food in water before eating it because they have a highly sensitive sense of touch, and water increases that sensitivity even more. By touching the food, they get a better sense of what they’re about to eat. Seems kinda picky for a tiny bear that dumpster-dives for dinner.
