Clerota rigifica is a species within this family, characterized by its distinct appearance and behavior. Clerota rigifica is known for its robust body structure and typically dark, metallic coloration, often with shades of bronze or black. The dark, metallic coloration of Clerota rigifica may provide camouflage among the foliage or serve as a warning to potential predators of its unpalatability.
